Care Agency
At MD Global Care we understand how important it is for people to live supported in their own house.
The support is tailored to an individual’s specific needs and all our care plans are person centred around the needs of the individual and if appropriate their family.
Whether it is for an hour a week or 24 hours a day we can tailor a package to your needs not ours. The care package can be as flexible as it needs to be and can change on a weekly or daily basis.
Supported Living
Our Supported Living service is a person-centred approach for enabling those who have mental ill health transition to independence.
Our Staff support the clients in learning the life skills, gaining financial understanding and emotional maturity to transition to their own tenancy.
All of our accommodation is designed around the persons need and they have the ability to input and collaborate to design the service around their and other tenants needs and the living space.
Respite Care
One of the biggest challenges facing carers whether it is a professional career, or a family member is the ability and time to take a break from your caring duties. This can be as simple as a couple of hours every now and again versus a couple of weeks holiday where you can have the satisfaction that your loved one is still being professionally cared for allowing you to relax and enjoy the break.
At MD GlobalCare we can accommodate your needs or the client’s needs to deliver against the agreed care plan if it is a daily or weekly visit or 7×24 support that is required.

Overnight Assistance (Live-In) Service
Sometimes what is needed is a service where care support is required overnight or 7×24. We
can provide a small team to work covering the care needed ensuring the client is comfortable
with the team and the support they require.
Typically with a Liv-In service the needs are more complex and this may involve constant
monitoring or support. We would discuss the health needs and the care provision with the client
and their representatives and agree what needs to be put in place with the desired outcomes.
The service can also include many of the Home Care support services as well as the personal
care and health provision.

Hospital Discharges
One of the most common issues facing the hospitals is & bed blocking" where an individually is medically fit to be discharged but there are insufficient support services in place for them at their home. What typically will happen is that either other patients for operations or care held on waiting lists until a bed is available or when a patient is released without care provision in place it results in a quick return to hospital or issues with the treatment or managing dressings.
At MD Global Care we can provide support for a period which suits all concerned. The bed in the hospital is released and the patient returns home, and their recovery is expedited as they are in their own space and happier. It is also beneficial in the avoidance of super bugs. We can provide that short term cover until the patient is fit to look after themselves again.
